Upon check-in, our dedicated concierge will introduce the facilities and services. To ensure your privacy, we will limit access to your room during your stay. Meal service is offered for dining plans, as well as housekeeping and replenishment during extended stays. Kindly advise at booking if you do not require these services. We are also happy to assist with special celebrations or surprise arrangements. Please feel free to consult with us at any time.

Premium Linens
Our linens are carefully selected for their materials, craftsmanship, and quality. We provide soft, highly absorbent bathrobes, comfortable wrinkle-resistant samue (traditional Japanese loungewear), and pure white tabi socks. Each item is chosen for its refined functional beauty, environmental consideration, and soothing comfort for body and mind.
Wi-Fi/USB power port
Wi-Fi is available throughout all rooms and on the terrace. USB power ports are also provided at the bedside. Please feel free to contact your dedicated concierge, if you need additional ports or equipment. We will be happy to assist.
Audio/Visual Equipment
The living room is equipped with a 4K projector and a premium Dolby Atmos soundbar, allowing you to enjoy immersive, high-quality audio and visuals. Speakers are also installed in the bedroom and sauna, so you can enjoy your favorite music wherever you are.
Kitchen/Mini-bar
The kitchen features a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven toaster, electric kettle, espresso machine, and essential tableware and cutlery. For safety, open flames and cooking with outside ingredients are not permitted, though guests may bring their own food and drinks.
